Adopt-a-Highway

The Islamorada Foundation / FDOT Adopt-a-Highway partnership


The Islamorada Foundation has entered into a partnership with Florida Department of Transportation’s Adopt-a-Highway program. Our ongoing commitment consists of Overseas Highway/US 1 clean ups between mile marker 81 and mile marker 82 within the heart of downtown Islamorada. Ongoing clean sweeps will be organized, if you are interested in volunteering and joining us, commitment time is approx 2 hrs on roughly a quarterly basis.
